"I really liked this place! It’s “fast food” for Italians but you will still have to wait at least 10 minutes as everything is prepared fresh or heated on the spot. I ordered the cotto and mozzarella cassoni and it was really good! Then we remembered we had vouchers for this spot and got additional cassarono of spinach and mozzarella and tomato. The spinach was not my favorite, it was just filled with spinach. The tomato and mozzarella was pretty good though I definitely prefer my first cassoni of ham and cheese. Overall would definitely like to come back!"

"Great local fast-food spot in Bologna. The cassone was crispy and freshly baked. We tried the one with crudo, squacquerone and rucola - simple, fresh and tasty. Perfect for a quick bite!"

"I got the gluten free cassone with mixed greens, mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese and I have to say the dough was pretty good. It's really hard to find good GF flour-based products and this one really didn't disappoint. On the other hand, the filling was quite flavourless, noticeably less the normal cassone, which is quite unfortunate. I think some small adjustments to the filling would make me change this review to 5 , in the meantime I'm sticking to 3."
